For no good reason. The DOJ had already not contested two delays.
She is in danger of being removed from the case.

I am not sure why I am bothering but Trumps payment to Stormy Daniels would normally be considered a "misdemeanour" but has been "Trumped Up" by a corrupt system to a felony charge 8 years after the payment and 18 years after the alleged encounter at a golf tournament.

The prosecution alleges it was done to change the course of the election.

The problem I have is with a legal system that allows such a thing to happen clearly at a time to disrupt the political process.

It is this charade that empowers Trump who as I have been saying for years should be boring people on a golf course.

So to your long standing claim that the original payments were entirely legal is not one the prosecution agree with they consider the payment of hush money to his blackmailer as an act of election interference.
